Refund & Cancellation Policy
These are the same Labelin5 Order Protection terms shown on the Designers & Pricing page.

Free daily concepts
Generating a label concept costs nothing and is never charged, so there is nothing to refund at that stage. Charges only occur once you choose a paid designer package.
Review before approval
You have three days after receiving your delivery to approve the work or request a revision. Requesting a revision keeps the order active while the designer makes the required changes.
Unlimited revisions
Revisions are unlimited within the original approved brief. New concepts, additional products, new packaging sizes, or changes to the agreed direction may require an additional fee.
On-time delivery protection
If your designer has not delivered within 24 hours after the stated deadline — and you have not agreed to an extension — you may cancel the order and request a full refund.
Resolution support
If a delivery does not match the agreed package or original brief, Label In 5 will help resolve the issue between you and the designer.
Cancellation terms
If an order is cancelled and refunded, the cancelled designs cannot be used, published, or reproduced.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
