Information we collect

How we use it
We use this information to generate label concepts, operate your account, process payment for designer packages, prepare the brief shared with your chosen designer, and send you updates about your project. If you provide your email — including through the free-concept flow or the newsletter opt-in — without creating an account, we may use it to follow up about your generated concepts or send occasional label-design tips, only if you've agreed to that.
How your project is shared with a designer
When you purchase a designer package, your approved concept image and product brief are shared with the designer who completes the work, so they can prepare your print-ready files. We do not share your account password or payment details with the designer.
Storage and security
Account data, project briefs, and generated images are stored using Google Firebase. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
