Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Label In 5 to generate label concepts and work with a designer.

The service
Label In 5 lets you describe a product and generate an AI-assisted label concept and product mockup. One concept can be generated free each day. Generated concepts are a starting visual direction — not a final production file, and not guaranteed to be free of errors.
Your account
Some features, including saving your work and approving a concept, require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a product brief.
No compliance guarantee
Generated concepts do not constitute regulatory, legal, or compliance advice for any jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm that any label meets applicable requirements before use — including with the Bureau of Standards Jamaica, the FDA, or another authorised reviewer where relevant.
Designer packages
When you approve a concept, you may choose one of three fixed-price designer packages (Signature, Studio, or Essential) to take it to a print-ready file. Payment is processed through Stripe. Once purchased, that order is governed by the Labelin5 Order Protection & Refund Policy, including the review window, revision terms, and cancellation terms described there.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit product briefs, images, or required text that are illegal, infringe someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.
- Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or circumvent the generation limits or payment system.
- Don't use generated concepts to imply a certification, endorsement, or regulatory approval that hasn't actually been granted.
Ownership
You retain rights to the product information and images you upload. Concepts generated from your brief are yours to use in connection with your product. If an order is cancelled and refunded under the Order Protection policy, the cancelled designs cannot be used, published, or reproduced.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Label In 5 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of generated concepts or designer deliverables, including losses related to regulatory non-compliance, printing errors, or delayed delivery beyond what's covered by the Order Protection policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Label In 5 after an update means you accept the revised terms.
